2–4 weeks. Interviews by function, a ranked list of use cases with baselines and ROI, and a fixed-price proposal for the first build. Credited in full if the build starts within 30 days.

Managed workspace
Hosting, monitoring, backups, audit log and updates. The Portfolio plan covers a fund plus 3 companies, $750 per company after that.

Payment terms
Jumpstarts and audits are paid up front. Builds are 50% at signing and 50% at acceptance. Monthly plans are billed in advance.
Model usage
Billed to your own Claude or Bedrock account at cost. Your data stays in accounts you control.
Leaving
Your workspace and every build are in your GitHub account. If you cancel, you keep all of it.
Founding clients
Our first two contractor Jumpstarts are at cost, in exchange for a published case study with your numbers.
