How we work
The same steps for a 10-person HVAC company or a 300-person manufacturer.
What changes is the size of the first step. Smaller businesses start with a one-day Jumpstart. Larger companies start with a multi-week audit.
- 01Discovery callFree, 30 minutes. We ask which task costs your team the most time or money and whether it can be measured.
- 02Jumpstart or auditA Jumpstart is a one-day audit for owner-led businesses. An audit runs 2–4 weeks for larger companies and ends with a ranked list and a fixed price for the first build.
- 03Workspace setupWe set up your workspace in your GitHub account with the pack for your industry, then move you onto a managed plan.
- 04BuildWe build the top item on the list over 4–12 weeks. It is accepted when it hits the number we agreed on before starting.
- 05Run and extendWe run it every month. The rest of the list becomes the next builds, when you want them.
What a build looks like, week by week
Builds run 4–12 weeks depending on size. Access to your systems is read-only unless a task requires more.
Week 0
Agree on the baseline number and sign it off. You grant read-only access to the systems involved.
Week 1
Sit down with your operations lead to choose the documents the system should use. Set up connections.
Weeks 2–N
Build the agent or automation. Each piece is added as a skill and goes through review.
Test
Run it against real past cases. A person approves anything that goes to a customer.
Handover
Train your team, check readiness, and start the managed plan.
+30 days
Compare results to the baseline and discuss what to build next.
Every build has a number
Hours saved, quote turnaround, bid compliance. We write down the current value before we start and measure against it at the end.
People approve what goes out
Nothing is sent to a customer without a person on your team approving it.
You own the work
Everything lives in your GitHub account and runs on AI accounts you control. If you cancel, you keep all of it.
Estimate the value of a build
Example: an estimator costs about $95,000 a year with benefits and overhead. A build that saves 40% of their week is worth about $38,000 a year, not counting extra jobs won. Adjust the sliders for your own team.
