The system every client gets
Your workspace holds the skills we build, the company knowledge they draw from, and the connections to your software. Your team uses it from Claude, Cursor, Codex or Copilot through a single endpoint.
It’s a git repository in your GitHub account plus a small server. We host and maintain it on a managed plan, or you can run it yourselves.

Skills
The tasks the system can do, like building a quote or drafting a reply to a lead. Each one is reviewed and approved before your team can use it.

Company knowledge
Price sheets, warranty terms, SOPs. We choose these with your operations lead, so old and conflicting documents stay out.
connections/
Connections
Access to ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Procore and others, limited to what each skill needs. Read-only by default.
Security and control
Approval tied to content
Each skill is scanned and approved by a person. If the skill changes, it has to be approved again.
Encrypted vault
Passwords and API keys for your systems are stored encrypted.
Personal access tokens
Each person has their own token and role, so access can be granted or removed individually.
Tamper-evident audit log
Every action is logged, and each entry is chained to the one before it.
Your hosting or ours
Run it in your own cloud account, or on our managed host.
Your AI accounts
Model usage runs through your Claude or Bedrock account, so the data stays under your agreements.
